What same-day service can and cannot do
Flat panes, which is most equipment glass, we cut at the machine from truck stock, so same-day is realistic across doors, side glass, rear panes and flat windshields. Curved OEM windshields physically cannot be same day because the part ships from a warehouse, but the machine often does not have to sit: we can clear the broken glass, seal the opening against weather, and in many cases fit a temporary flat panel so the operator works safely until the real windshield lands.
Straight pricing under pressure
Emergencies are where quote-only outfits pad numbers, so we do the opposite: the same published table applies, plus the stated adder when the clock or the distance calls for it. Same-day and after-hours calls add $150 to $300 depending on distance and hour. A machine down on a job always goes to the front of the line.

What actually counts as a machine-down call?
The machine cannot safely work until the glass is fixed: a front pane gone on a machine that must run today, glass in the operator compartment, or weather coming through an opening the operator sits behind. If that is you, say so when you call and you go to the front of the line.
Can you really do it the same day?
For flat glass in our core area, usually yes when you call before early afternoon. The truck carries laminated and tempered stock and cuts to pattern on site. Curved OEM windshields cannot be same day, but we can often make the opening safe and workable until the part lands.
What does emergency service cost?
The same published job ranges plus the after-hours adder when it applies: $150 to $300 over standard, depending on hour and distance. A machine that digs tomorrow morning instead of Thursday usually pays that back several times over.
