Fleet glass accounts: one text, one visit, one invoice

For contractors, rental yards, farms, warehouses and public works fleets across Connecticut. Set it up in one call: (860) 506-6682.

Run ten cabbed machines and glass stops being an incident, it becomes a category: something is always cracked, hazed or taped over somewhere in the yard. ClearCab Equipment Glass built fleet accounts for exactly that reality, from the rental corridors of Manchester to town garages in the Litchfield hills.

How the account works day to day

  1. A pane breaks. Whoever found it texts the unit number and a photo to our line.
  2. We price it from the published table and slot it: machine-down units get the next truck, routine cracks batch into your yard's next visit.
  3. Yard visits bundle every open pane into one trip, which is where the savings live.
  4. Invoicing consolidates monthly, per unit, in whatever format your purchasing or asset system wants.

Who this fits

Excavation and sitework contractors with machines spread across active jobs. Rental yards that need returns back on the ready line. Tobacco and nursery operations with a tractor barn to keep tight before netting season. Warehouse buildings running twenty lifts. Public works garages where the same backhoe plows in January and digs in June. If glass tickets cross your desk more than a few times a year, the account pays for itself in skipped phone tag alone.

Fleet account questions

What does a fleet account cost to set up?

Nothing. It is a service arrangement, not a subscription: your machines get priority scheduling, bundled yard visits and consolidated invoicing, and you pay published job rates as work happens.

How much does bundling actually save?

Travel is part of every job price, so three machines fixed in one yard visit split one trip instead of paying three. In practice fleet yards see 15 to 20 percent less per pane than one-off calls.

Can municipal purchasing work with this?

Yes. We invoice against POs, keep per-unit records for your asset system, and provide COIs to whatever certificate language your town requires.

Do rental yards get check-in support?

Yes. Ready-line service means a damaged return gets re-glassed on the lot, and for busy seasons we schedule standing weekly passes so no machine waits on glass to rent again.
